François Boueri

François started his career at Fedairco in 1985. He joined McQuay International in 1987, and took on increasing responsibilities over the years, including product management, export operations, and sales and distribution across Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East. He became a McQuay Director in 1998, and managed McQuay sales and service operations across various markets. From 2007 through 2014, as President of Daikin McQuay Middle East, he established and grew the business across the Mideast and Africa. He is currently Managing Director of SEE Solutions and is very active in sustainable green building initiatives across the UAE and GCC. Francois commutes between Dubai and Beirut. He is an AMI Director and a founding shareholder of AMI.

Assaf Karam

Assaf has a strong financial foundation with solid managerial expertise gained through 26 years. His early professional years were spent in the banking sector as manager of Standard Chartered, manager of Prosperity etc…. He is no stranger to the HVAC industry, as he served as strategy and financial advisor at Fedairco from 1977 through 2000. Assaf is a founding shareholder of AMI, director, and general manager since 2006. AMI grew under his stewardship with strong healthy financials and solid business processes.

Ziad Nakhoul

Ziad started his career in engineering in 1995 with Boeing Industries as an R&D and quality control engineer. He was introduced to the importance of precision, planning, processes, and quality control in the aviation industry, where safety and onschedule execution are essential for success. He was initiated in the HVAC industry in 1999 at Fedairco. He quickly rose to become the lead design and site project engineer. He joined AMI in 2006 and played a key role in its success and growth. He became a shareholder and director in 2009. He leads the Engineering, Service, and Sales operations in AMI.
